GSR series have three precision grades: JISC5/Ct7/Ct10. The axial clearance is provided according to the accuracy level: 0.005mm/0.02mm/0.05mm.
GSR series’s screw material S55C, nut material SCM415H and surface hardness of ball screw part is above HRC58.
Stainless Steel Miniature High speed Cold Rolled Ball Screw BBS
BBS series have three precision grades: JISC5/Ct7/Ct10. The axial clearance is provided according to the accuracy level: 0.005mm/0.02mm/0.05mm.
BBS series’s screw material SUS440C, nut material SUS440 and surface hardness of ball screw part is above HRC55.
Large-lead Integrated Type Precise Cold Rolled Ball Screw BSD
BSD series have two precision grades: JISC5/Ct7. The axial clearance is provided according to the accuracy level: 0.005mm/0.02mm. BSD series’s screw material SCM415, nut material SCM415 and surface hardness of ball screw part is above HRC58.
High Lead Miniature High Speed Integrated Cold Rolling Ball Screw GT
GT series have two precision grades: JISC5/Ct7. The axial clearance is provided according to the accuracy level: 0.005mm/0.02mm. GT series’s screw material S55C, nut material SCM415H and surface hardness of ball screw part is above HRC58.
Miniature Large Pitch Sleeve Type Single Nut Ball Screw TXR
Accuracy grade of TXR series（standard stock of sleeve type single nut ball screw）are based on C5、Ct7 and Ct10(JIS B 1192-3). According to accuracy grade, Axial play 0.005 (Preload ：C5), 0.02（Ct7） and 0.05mm or less（Ct10） are in stock. TXR series (Standard stock of Sleeve type single nut ball screw) of screw shaft screw material S55C (induction hardening), nut material SCM415H (carburizing and hardening), the surface hardness of the ball screw part is HRC58 or higher.
Large Pitch High Speed Single Nut Ball Screw with M-thread GLR
Accuracy grade of GLR series (standard stock of single nut ball screw with metric thread) are based on C5、Ct7 and Ct10 (JIS B 1192-3). According to accuracy grade, axial play 0.005 (Preload ：C5), 0.02 (Ct7) and 0.05mm or less (Ct10) are in stock. GLR series (Standard stock of Single nut ball screw with metric thread) of screw shaft screw material S55C (induction hardening), nut material SCM415H (carburizing and hardening), the surface hardness of the ball screw part is HRC58 or higher.
