GSR series’s screw material S55C, nut material SCM415H and surface hardness of ball screw part is above HRC58.

BBS series have three precision grades: JISC5/Ct7/Ct10. The axial clearance is provided according to the accuracy level: 0.005mm/0.02mm/0.05mm.
BBS series’s screw material SUS440C, nut material SUS440 and surface hardness of ball screw part is above HRC55.

Accuracy grade of GLR series (standard stock of single nut ball screw with metric thread) are based on C5、Ct7 and Ct10 (JIS B 1192-3). According to accuracy grade, axial play 0.005 (Preload ：C5), 0.02 (Ct7) and 0.05mm or less (Ct10) are in stock.
