KGG High load drive Precision ball screw vice CTF/CMF for Electric Injection Molding Machine

KGG offers two types of precision ball screws: CTF/CMF series are especially suitable for electric injection moulding machines, featuring high load, high speed and long life.

CTF/CMF series has a standard protective wiper at the end of each nut and a double protection option. Their high rotational speed can reach nd0 = 90 000, so that line speeds of up to 110 m/min are possible.

CTF/CMF series nut design is ideally suited for transport or positioning screw applications that require high speeds, such as woodworking, certain functions of injection molding machines, and pick-and-place handling devices.
