The Cylindrical type with M-thread at the Nut end. The Nut should be mounted using M-thread. It is suitable for mounting with cylinder.

Accuracy grade of GLM series are based on C3 and C5 (JIS B 1192-3). According to accuracy grade, Axial play 0 (Preload: C3) and 0.005mm or less (C5) are available.

GLM series of screw shaft screw material S55C (induction hardening), nut material SCM415H (carburizing and hardening), the surface hardness of the ball screw part is HRC58 or higher.

High Efficiency Feed Miniature Ground GNK Precision Ball Screw

GNK

The GNK series miniature ground ball screws are used to convert rotary motion into linear motion. It uses grounded steel screws for strength and hardness, and the surface of rolled threads is stronger and smoother than cut threads. The nut travels on a ball bearing circuit for smooth, low-friction movement and has a flange surface for a variety of mounting options.

GNK Series Miniature Grinding Ball Screws are available in two standard accuracy classes, JISC3/C5. Axial clearance is available in 0mm (pre-pressurized: C3) and 0.005m or less (C5) depending on the accuracy class.

GNK Series Miniature Ground Ball Screws have a screw shaft with S55C (high-frequency quenching) and a nut with SCM415H (carburizing quenching), and the surface hardness of the ball screw part is HRC58 or higher.

High Lead Rotating Nuts Precision Light Load Rustproof Ball Screws

The rotating nut combination unit is a transmission system that converts the rotary motion of the ball nut into the linear motion of the nut itself (or ball screw). It is an extension product of the ball screw pair, and its main components are composed of a ball screw pair, a rolling bearing pair, a nut seat, a pre-tightening adjustment (locking) device, a dust-proof device, and a lubricating oil circuit.

Features:

1. Compact and high positioning:

It is a compact design using nut and support bearing as an integral unit. 45-degree steel ball contact angle make a better axial load. Zero backlash and higher stiffness construction give a high positioning.

2. Simple installation:

It is installed simply by fixing the nut on the housing with bolts.

3. Rapid feed:

No inertial effect produced by the integral unit rotating and the shaft fixed. Can select smaller power to meet the rapid feed requirement.

4. Stiffness:

Have a higher trust and moment stiffness, because the integral unit have an angular contact construction. There is no backlash while rolling.

5. Quietness:

Special end cap design allows steel balls circulating inside the nut. Noise generated by high speed operation lower than ordinary ball screw.

We have two types of light load and heavy load rotating nuts: XDK & XJD series.
